If you’ve been following Podcasting at all I’m sure you’re aware of Adam Curry (a.k.a. the Prince of Pod, the Podfather).  He’s like the OG of the podcasting community.  Today while sipping my overpriced coffee I was thinking about how he should do a video blog along side his podcast.  He could be like Howard Stern and just record himself doing the Daily Source Code.

Video Blogging has come a long way since I posted my first video blog back in August of 2003.  The Video Blogging community is now geeked out and growing quite nicely.

Peter Jackson is video blogging his re-make of King Kong.  The KongIsKing "video diaries" are a good example of how effective video blogging can be to communicate with a large group of fans.  They even seed Torrents for the video files in case their pipe gets crunched.

Just some random thoughts…

The folllowing is in responce to item 0018
I find that to show this item you have to be
responsible and have title and deed to the actions before, through and after the fact. Below you will find the facts.

    What Caused 9/11
That was my question to “Google” on the internet?
Within seconds I had 791,000 entries and they probably were right in their own way but they are all incorrect as the facts go.
It all started in 1981 or 1982 era.
Jimmy Carter was president followed by Ronald Reagan
    The secretary of Transportation was
    Andrew L. Lewis Jr. 1981-1983
Followed by Elizabeth H. Dole 1983 thru 1987
In 1981 or 1982 NASA was ask to work with The FAA in a joint project later to be called (CID) Controlled Impact Demonstration. Later it would be called “Crash in the Desert”
There were several articles to be written on this subject.
The Times-Herald Monday, Jan. 9th 1984 and Aviation Weekly & Space Technology, July 11, 1983
The test was to use FM-9 powder an anti-misting agent mixed with jet fuel and to keep from forming a fine mist if released in a rupture accident.
This test was thought to be important enough to the airline industry to be funded by Congress.
NASA was told that because of the importance of the test the highest priority was to be given and to conclude this test on time and on budget.
NASA was afforded only one test and as it was written later, the test was a success even if the aircraft did burn after impact.
This was one of the few projects that were only allowed one test. The budget was about seven and a half million dollars. After the test and the test results were published NASA requested to Congress that we would like to re-accomplish the test with modifications and NASA was denied further testing.
Now saying all of the above, the results were published in all the newspapers and magazines and news media around the world.
For the people who were looking for an avenue to do hateful acts and sabotage the stage was set, and from that day on, it is history of what transpired
A mass of knowledge has been written on the subject both pro and con and you may find a lot of information at the following web sights.
    THE NATIONAL ACADEMIES PRESS
SUBJECT: Aviation Fuels with improved fire safety (http://books.nap.edu/books/0309058333/html)

Due to the lack of Congress funding and interest by the Secretary of Transportation And the Presidents of this United States this project was finished.
It has been said that Elizabeth H. Dole was sitting at Dryden Testing area with pen in hand and was going to sign a document that all aircraft flying in the USA using jet fuel would use AMK additive with in ten years of the CID test. As it was the plane crashed as scheduled but it burst into flames, and so the document was never signed.
    The Facts:
If the aircraft that crashed into the Twin Towers had AMK in the fuel tanks, it would never have burst into flames.
Yes! It would have killed some but the building would never had burnt and fallen apart. Many lives would have been saved.
I wish for you to draw your own conclusions and let the facts fall were they may.
Let us now venture into why the CID test was terminated.
It was a fact the airlines were not at all in favor of the AMK. They said it would lessen the fuel load in the aircraft and would not be able to travel the same distance it originally designed for. That would be a true statement but it is important for you to know they rarely leave an airfield with a full load of fuel. The fuel is calculated to get the aircraft from point (A) to point (B) with a percentage for safety. With the rest of the fuel weight it is transferred in to cargo weight and more revenue for the airline.
Could we not transport as much cargo for passenger safety? Please ask your congressmen
