This is Kenze. He’s my elephant. Well he’s not really my elephant but my family is fostering him along with several other elephants. For Christmas this year my family decided to skip the crass commercial part of Christmas and give to various charities instead. My father had recently been to Africa and saw many elephants in the wild. As a result he felt it was appropriate to sponsor 4 elephants for 1 year for my siblings and I! One elephant for each sibling. This is probably the best Christmas gift I’ve ever received. The idea is that you foster an orphaned elephant and help pay for them to be cared for until they’re ready to be released back into the wild.
